Frutalie uses the information needed to manage your membership, take payment, deliver your order, and respond to you.

Information collected

When you subscribe, you provide contact details such as your name and email, and the billing and shipping information needed for your order. Stripe processes your payment details on its secure checkout. Frutalie does not receive or store your full card number or security code.

How information is used

We use relevant order and contact information to administer recurring memberships, arrange delivery, provide customer support, and meet legal and accounting requirements.

Service providers

We share information with Stripe to process payments and manage subscriptions, and with delivery providers when needed to ship an order. These providers receive only information needed to perform those services.

Retention and security

We keep order records for as long as needed to operate the membership and meet applicable legal obligations. We use service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
