Membership terms

Monthly subscriptions

Each Frutalie membership renews automatically every month at the price shown when you subscribe: $29, $59, or $119, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Shipping

Membership orders currently ship to addresses in the United States. Standard or priority shipping is included as described in the selected plan. Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address at checkout.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@frutalie.com. To stop the next monthly charge, contact us before your next renewal date. We will confirm when the cancellation takes effect. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a charge for a current billing period.

Refunds and order issues

We do not refund orders that have already shipped. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hello@frutalie.com and include your order details so we can help.
